The root of all health is the brain. The trunk of it is in emotions. The branches and leaves are in the body. The flower of health blooms when all parts work together.

About Us

Adamsville Healing Arts Center for Therapeutic Massage has been in operation since 1995. Offering a variety of integrative modalities to assist the maintenance and establishment of physical health and well-being. Owner, Tracy Hawes' philosophy is that our bodies have an intrinsic pattern to our unique balanced health. With the demands of technology, stress, and everyday life we sometimes get thrown off course. She believes that her role as a therapist is to facilitate that memory, helping to balance and restore the natural health and wellness your body innately knows. She respects that each person has a specific point of view of their own health and wellness. Tracy and AHAC provide an atmosphere of trust, professionalism, and compassion to each individual's specific needs in an effort to promote wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. Their goal is to treat each individual as a whole being, not the sum of symptoms using a variety of therapies and techniques including aromatherapy, trigger point, fascial rejuvenation, and remedial and postural exercises to facilitate the release of chronic and acute conditions. What is Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is one of the oldest healing modalities dating back to the BC period. It has been proven effective in relieving numerous conditions including connective tissue injuries, headaches, and dysfunctions of the muscular, digestive, and circulatory systems. Massage on a regular basis, along with self-care techniques done at home, will help to eliminate or reduce chronic pain or muscular tension.
